This can occur if the downloaded setup file (DebriefSetup-nnnn.exe)
was not completely downloaded from the web.
The file size should be the size mentioned on the Download web page.
If it is smaller, then the download probably did not complete.
To correct this issue, download the new setup package again.
Then run the new copy of the setup program.
Yes. Additional date formats were added in v2.2, covering more than the English/US format.
This issue was resolved in v2.2, with the introduction of international (non-English/US) date formats.
This indicates that something has been stored in the root folder,
e.g. a note, rather than a "proper" folder.
Store items in regular folders and this indicator should disappear.
